Perm Desk Consultant

• Matric
• 2 to 5 years’ experience within a Permanent recruitment environment
• Preferred experience in the medical profession placements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Sales experience in the medical profession and or recruitment industry
• Established customer relationships
• Computer literate
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Relationship building people skills
• Highly organized with strong presentation skills
• Honesty
• Strong work ethic
• Punctuality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Motivated and self-driven, with a proven history of success in sales

Working Hours:08h30 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday)
Overtime as and when required

• Diligently follow/ implement the company’s processes and procedures related to permanent staff recruitment for a client
• Receive job specifications from clients and familiarize oneself with job specifications for each client.
• Client visitation and build relationships to obtain detailed job specification and information related to a required position which will assist in the selection of suitable candidates who could be promoted to the client for possible employment.
• Scrutinise various clients / potential client’s websites for vacancies
• Place adverts within 8 hours of job specifications being received on relevant web based platforms
• Remove job adverts as soon as the position has been successfully filled
• Source candidates from the database who meet the client requirements
• Contact candidates to enquire as to whether they are interested in certain jobs
• Forward the candidates CV’s to the clients that meet most of the requirements as per the clients request, staffing needs or job requirements as supplied by the client
• Ensure that the client is updated as to where you are in the process of any potential placement
• Conduct phone call reference checks on every candidates CV
• Ensure all relevant documents are present in the candidate packs provided to clients
