  • Matric
  • 3 years’ experience as an Operations Consultant/ Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate on senior and top management level
  • Industry experience of at least 3 years
  • Able to supervise or lead staff
  • Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities/ Duties:

  • Oversee client bookings and OPS consultant activities to ensure booking targets per consultant are achieved on a daily basis.
  • Supervise all operations consultants within the branch and establish work schedules
  • Manage the early identification of poor performance of staff and manage or escalate to HR if required for disciplinary action
  • Keep accurate and detailed records for each staff member
  • Daily communications with Director/ various BM/ BSC/ Client Supervisor related to operational and staffing requirements and ensure this is effectively relayed to OPS consultants for placement of staff
  • Provide relevant written feedback to clients related to operational matters
  • Ensure consistency between clients and ourselves re disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate the recruitment and placement of required staff
  • Ensure that the clients and business we have are retained and implement strategies to grow the current business
  • Provide relevant information to potential new clients enquiring about the service offerings and refer to the relevant Director/BM/BSC/Client Supervisor for further engagement and presentation of a proposal.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for operational activities
  • Ensure operations consultants perform outreach activities to current clients and monitor recording of these activities
  • Ensure successful placement of staff in line with the clients’ staffing requirements (inbound and outbound staff requests)
  • Follow up with clients related to service received from our agency as part of a satisfaction index
  • Ensure that the database search of personnel is conducted daily for staff to be placed on assignment
  • Ensure OPS consultants have responded to all queries received
  • Develop in0service training to ensure quality service delivery as often as necessary
  • Check the accuracy of leave balances and invoices per client advising on the accumulative monetary values and refer to CFO/Financial Accountant/ Finance/Payroll department
  • Manage all staff incidents which may result in or require warnings to be issued
  • Refer staff incidents to Director/BM/Client Supervisor/ HR for management
  • Maintain positive relationships with all clients
  • Be an ambassador for Allmed and the services provided
  • Referral of all pay related queries to the Finance Department

Work hours:

08h30 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday)

Overtime as and when required
